Returns of unsuitable items are possible within fourteen (14) days in original packaging and in unused condition. In any case, the return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.

No returns / exchanges possible for:

• Feedstuff
• Complementary feed

We do not charge any fees for processing returns.

We reserve the right not to accept returns that do not comply with the return conditions communicated.
