The available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout for your address.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM can still be shipped on the same day (upon receipt of payment for invoice).

To ensure safe delivery of frozen food, we strongly recommend a minimum order quantity of 8 kg. It is best to choose thePost-express delivery(fast night delivery) or theregional Be My BARF delivery(if you live within 50 km of Zug).
Frozen food – shipping by Priority Mail is at your own risk. Wir empfehlen diese Versandart für Tiefkühlware nicht, da ein erhöhtes Risiko des Auftauens besteht. In der Regel werden Priority-Sendungen am nächsten Tag (im Laufe des Tages) zugestellt. Allerdings kann es zu Verzögerungen seitens der Post kommen, auf die wir keinen Einfluss haben. In solchen Fällen kann die Zustellung bis zu 2 Tage dauern. Mit der Wahl der Versandart Post Priority übernimmt die Kundin alle Risiken, die mit möglichen Lieferverzögerungen verbunden sind. Sollte es zu einer solchen Verzögerung kommen, können wir leider keine Reklamationen annehmen und keine Kosten für aufgetaute Ware erstatten.Wir empfehlen, Produkte nicht aufzutauen und anschließend erneut einzufrieren.
Post Express – delivery the next day by 9:00 AM (Tuesday to Friday, excluding holidays). We ship your package via Post Express from Monday to Thursday.
Post Priority – 98% Zustellung am nächsten Tag, im Laufe des Tages (Dienstag bis Freitag, ohne Feiertage) zugestellt. Wir versenden Ihr Paket von Montag bis Donnerstag per Post Priority.
All non-frozen products that do not require a cold chain are shipped via standard shipping (orders placed by 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day). Delivery is within two business days.

Frozen goods are generally shipped in an insulated shipping bag with an outer box.
Delivery is exclusively to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

We are pleased to offer you regional deliveries of frozen BARF food personally and in thermal packaging, while maintaining the cold chain and keeping delivery time to a minimum. A regional delivery is possible on the same day as the order.
We offer regional deliveries within a radius of 50 km around Zug:
- In the city of Zug (6300) –Free
- In the canton of Zug –CHF 10.00/ from CHF 120.00 order value –Free
- In the canton of Zurich, Lucerne, Schwyz, Nidwalden, Obwalden, Aarau –CHF 15.00/ from CHF 200.00 order value –Free

Desired date for your delivery
During the order process, you can select your preferred delivery date.
Delivery by post is possible the next day if the order is placed by 3:00 PM.
Local delivery is still possible on the day of the order. If you wish for same-day delivery, please indicate this in the "Note" field and leave your phone number so we can quickly coordinate the time with you. We do our best to accommodate your schedule – for the sake of your favorite!
We strongly recommend personally receiving the delivery and immediately placing the products in the freezer.
